Julíček, Jan ; Sláma, Ludvík (referee) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The aim of the thesis was to prepare the design documentation of a multifunctional house. The building is located in Brno, in the local part of Přízřenice. The building has both administrative and commercial uses. Administrative space is located on two upper floors, with separate offices on the top floor and open space offices on the second floor. These offices can serve both for design offices and for business firms, services in the field of IT, or management services. On the first above-ground floor, there are commercial spaces, where, according to the project, a toy store, a hardware store, an electrical and paint/paint store are proposed. The building is designed as a three-story building with a basement. The construction consists of a reinforced concrete frame with stiffening walls. It is designed as a rectangle with the second floor rising. This raised floor is complemented by vertical green strips of creeping greenery, which are supposed to visually ground the raised part of the floor. The building's facade is covered with the ETICS insulation system in colors similar to the surrounding buildings. The entire building is heated and cooled by air conditioning connected to a ground source heat pump.
